LTHS Cheer Earns Accolades at NCA Cheer Camp
Great results at the 2011 National Cheerleader Association (NCA) Cheer Camp at the University of North Texas: Varsity won the highly coveted "Top Team" award -- the highest award possible.
In addition, all three teams got national bids and 11 members earned "All American": Freshman: Macie Mayes, JV: Lauren Tran, and Varsity: Haley Carter,
Mileena Flores, Taylor Hunt, Sarah Kendzior, Lindsay Kridler, Ashley Pannkuk and Abby Smartt. Also, Lindsay and Abby were selected to receive applications to join NCA staff. Both of our mascots also won awards: Jacob Felder (All American Mascot; Most Creative) and Matt Davis (All American Mascot; Leadership)
